Completed in 2004, this new 16,000 square foot senior center features a large multi-use room with stage, small commercial kitchen, computer labs, gymnasium and various shared areas common to Senior Centers. The project incorporated state-of-the-art electrical, telephone, data, public address and fire alarm systems. Energy efficient and environmentally friendly site and interior lighting and low voltage lighting control systems were provided to allow the flexibility to accommodate the building's various uses.
