This 50,000 square foot office building was designed to be the new home for County Services. The project included a 100KW roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system, as well as an automatic stand-by emergency power generator system. The facility's new Council Chambers was built with state-of-the-art AV systems, as well as decorative lighting and special control systems for lighting/dimming and scene selection. A new County Data Center room and in-floor wiring duct systems were installed to provide power and telecommunications to all areas of the building. The entire facility interior and exterior lighting systems are controlled through a digital control system to maximize energy conservation.
