Piner High School Performing Arts Center

Built as an extension to Piner High School, this new facility provides a performance and display space for the Arts Department. Illumination systems for the project include wallwashers and custom designed wall sconces to create a "light box" effect within the lobby, in conjunction with facade uplighting, which beckons patrons to the Center as they enter the parking lot.

Site lighting was designed using fixtures with the same aesthetic as the front facade of the building to minimize their general impact on the project. The Theater lighting was designed to "wrap" the patrons with architecture as custom designed light slots mark the boundaries of the space.

Our electrical engineering services included building power utility services and distribution, fire alarm, tel/data cabling and related infrastructure.
